摘要
目的 评价改良的肺动脉 /主动脉血流时间间期比法 (FPA/FAO)估测慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者肺动脉压的准确性。方法 对 5 6例COPD患者 ,应用多普勒超声技术 ,根据改良的 (FPA/FAO)法和瓣膜返流法 ,分别估测肺动脉收缩压 (PASP)、平均压 (PAMP) ,并进行对比分析。结果 二种方法估测的PASP、PAMP高度相关(r=0 85、 0 81,P <0 0 1)。结论 应用多普勒超声技术 ,根据改良的FPA/FAO法可准确估测肺动脉压。
Objective To assess the accuracy of modified pulmonary to aortic flow time interval ratios(Fpa/Fao)in estimating pulmonary arterial pressure in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) Methods pulomonary arterial systolic pressure(PASP),mean pressure(PAMP)were estimated by Doppler echocardiography adopting modified Fpa/Fao and simplified bernouille equation to the peak velocity of tricuspid regurgitation and pulmonary valve insufficiency in 56 COPD patients Results PASP,PAMP estimated by this two methods were highly correlated (r=0 87,0 81,P<0 01)Conclusions PASP,PAMP estimated by Doppler echocardiography adiopting modified Fpa/Fao are accurate in estimating pulmonary artery pressure
