摘要
建设工程项目管理是一项相对复杂的工作,本文针对目前高等院校建设管理过程中存在的一些问题,提出高校建设工程项目全过程管理的重要性,并结合现场实际工作经验,指出高校基建项目管理人员要加强理论知识的学习,做足前期准备工作,选择优质的设计和施工单位,加强工程管理力度,做好竣工结算,合理控制建设工程项目质量、进度和造价。
The management of construction projects is a relatively complex task. This paper highlighted the importance of the management of the whole process of university construction projects,discussed some existing problems in the construction management process of universities and colleges ,and then pointed out that,based on some actual work experience,the management staff on college infrastructure projects need to enhance their theoretical learning,do enough preparatory work,choose quality design and construction companies,strengthen the project management,do a good job in the completion settlement,and control the quality,schedule and cost of the construction project reasonablely.
