摘要
针对实际运行中的全电熔窑 ,以相似理论为依据 ,建立实体模型 ,对窑内过程进行了仿真研究。根据所测的温度场及电势分布 ,分析了电极的布置方式、电极长度、各层功率配比、出料量等因素对电熔窑内生产过程的影响。选配的电参数可供实际生产参考。
A physical model is established on the basis of the similarity theory. The production of the furnace is simulated through the physical model. The effects of layout and length of electrodes, power between planes and the amount of model liquid on the distribution of temperature and the potential in the furnace are analyzed.
