摘要
主要研究用高能辐射处理浆粕前后材料性能的变化;纤维素聚合度(DP)随着辐射剂量的增加而减小;辐射对浆粕的主要成份a-纤维素和半纤维素含量影响很小;在氢氧化钠溶液中,处理后浆粕材料吸收碱量增加且膨胀度变大,并从辐射引起纤维素结晶度降低角度解释了导致这种变化的原因.也讨论了经辐射处理的浆粕为原材料给粘胶纤维工业和环境带来的好处.
Cellulose characteristics are studied after treating pulp by high energy radiation. Degree of polymerization(DP) decreases with the increasing of the dose. The contents of a and hemi-cellulose have little change after radiation. In sodium hydroxide solutions, the degree of NaOH that joined the cellulose and the cellulose swelling are added, and the reasons for these variations are given. The benefits for viscose industry and environmental protection by using high radiation to deal with pulps are also discussed.
