摘要
体育微格教学自实施以来,仍需从理论层面正确认识体育微格教学对于提升学生课堂教学能力之可为性,有效厘清体育微格教学的"形式"与"实质",准确把握形式训练与内在教学素养提升的统一性;并在此基础上,反思体育微格教学实践,重视体育微格教学训练中的情境创设,重视学生反思监控与自我调节能力的培养,使得通过体育微格教学实现对体育师范生课堂教学知识与技能的建构与生成。
Since the implementation of P.E. micro - standard teaching, there are still some aspects waiting to be understood and clarified theoretically, such as the feasibilty of such teaching to improve students' teaching ability in classrooms, the forms and essence of the microeaching, the unification of the training and the upgrading of the inherent teaching ability, etc. Based on the above mentioned, we should reflect on P.E. microteaching practice, attach importance to the situation creation in microteaching, develop students'reflection control and self- ajustment ability so as to help P.E. normal students to realize their construction of calssroom knowledge and practical skills by means of microteaching.
