摘要
通过对电脑横机的机械结构和编织工艺的分析,得出织针组件及机头组件的运动规律。在此基础上,分析了电脑横机控制系统的通信方法,并从电脑横机的控制系统的总体结构出发,分析和验证了CAN通信总线针对电脑横机通信的相关技术指标。结果表明:利用CAN总线实现电脑横机的主控制系统与机头控制系统之间的通讯,应用CAN总线控制器实现上位机和下位机之间的电气隔离,有效地保证了系统工作的可靠性,为在电脑横机上稳定实现多种编织工艺提供保障。
Based on the analysis of mechanical structure and knitting process of computerized flat knitting ma- chine, the paper studies the motion law of knitting needles and carriage assemblies. The communication way of computerized flat knitting machine is introduced, and also the related technical indicators of CAN communication bus are verified. The results show that it can realize the communication between master control and carriage control system of computerized flat knitting machine by using CAN bus, in the same way, it can achieve the electric iso- lation between upper and lower computer by using CAN bus controller, which can ensure the system reliability ef- fectively. The CAN bus design in this paper can provide some guarantee for achieving a variety of knitting technology.
