基因芯片检测妊娠期HPV感染情况及分型的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过基因芯片技术检测结果分析探讨妊娠期妇女感染人乳头瘤状病毒的基因型别及临床意义。方法利用基因芯片技术对722例孕妇进行23种HPV基因亚型检测。结果 722例孕妇中,HPV感染103例,感染率为14.27%。高危型HPV占感染者的59.22%;低危型HPV占23.30%;混合型HPV占17.48%。共检测出19种HPV亚型,其中位居前五位的分别是高危16型,低危43型,低危6型,高危58型,低危11型。结论妊娠期妇女常见HPV感染类型为16,43,6,58和11型,导致婴儿喉乳头状瘤和口腔乳头状瘤的类型为6和11型,HPV DNA分型检测对妊娠期妇女有重要的临床意义.检测结果显示孕妇人乳头瘤病毒感染率较高,其中妊娠期高危亚型感染尤为明显。 Objective It is to explore the genetype and its clinical significance of human papilloma virus infection through the detection results of gene chip analysis in pregnant women. Methods 23 kinds of genotype HPV in 722 cases of pregnanl women were detected by gene chip technique. Results In 722 cases of pregnant women, there were 103 cases of HPV infec- tion, and the infection rate was 14. 27% , high-risk HPV infection accounted for 59. 22% , low risk HPV accounted for 23.30% , hybrid HPV accounts for 17.48%. 19 kinds of subtypes of HPV were detected, the top five types from high to low were type 16 of high risk, type 43 of low risk, type 6 of low risk, type 58 of high risk, type 11 of low risk. Conclusion The common infection types of HPV in pregnant women were type 16, 6, 58 and 11, the types which caused infantile laryngeal papilloma and oral papilloma was 6, type 11. HPV DNA type detection has an important clinical significance for women during pregnancy. This test results showed that pregnant women have higher infection rate of HPV, high-risk subtypes infection is more obvious during pregnancy period.
