摘要
人力资源管理实践对企业绩效作用机制的研究是国内外学术界研究的热点,在梳理以往研究成果的基础上,认为以往研究存在的问题主要有数据来源单一、时间滞后、缺乏反作用机制的研究、中介变量的选取等。针对上述问题,认为今后的研究应尽可能选用企业客观数据,用纵向数据替代横向数据,加强反作用机制的研究,并多角度探索两者间作用机制的中介变量等。
The research on the influences of human resource management practice on the business performance action mechanism has been a focus in domestic and abroad academic circles. Based on the results of previous studies, this paper considers that the problems existed are the single data resource, lag time, lacking of research on mechanism of reaction, selection of intervening variable, etc. In view of these problems, it presents some snggestions, including making use of corporate objective data as far as possible, taking the place of transverse data by longitudinal data, strengthening the reversed research of reaction mechanism and exploring the intervening variable on mechanism from multiple angles.
