摘要
导致高职毕业生就业质量偏低的原因是多方面的,学生自身层面的原因不容忽视。一些高职生学习目的不明确,自我规划意识淡薄,专业知识和动手能力较差,处于被动学习的状态。对此,应着眼于职业生涯规划的角度,分析其在人才培养内驱力建设方面的重要作用,以及目前高职院校在职业生涯规划教学方面存在的问题和困难,提出利用职业生涯规划加强人才培养内驱力建设的思路。
There are diverse causes to result in low employment of the graduates from vocational schools, in which students' problems cannot be neglected. Some vocational students are in a passive position to study and have no definite learning goals which lead to their low awareness of self-planning, lack of professional knowledge and short of manipulative ability. The paper, from the perspective of career planning, analyzes the importalnce of career planning in the internal driving force construction of talent cultivation. In the meantime, the paper also points out the problems existing in the teaching of career planning in vocational schools and contends to make use of the career planning to strengthen the internal driving force construction of the talent cultivation.
