摘要
在综合分析重力、离心力与振动力的基础上,将这三种力进行有效组合,设计一种新型的选矿设备,对这种设备的结构特点和原理进行论述。通过理论分析认为,这种选矿设备打破常规的选矿方式,对三种"力"的有效运用实现了连续选矿,该设备制造简单,便于操作,节能环保。2012年取得了国家发明专利。
Based on the comprehensive analysis of the forces of gravity, centrifugal and vibration, The three different kinds of forces were combined efficiently, and a new type of mineral processing equipment was designed, furthermore, the structure and mechanism of the equipment were illustrated in this paper. Through the theoretical analysis, it was considered that the new type mineral processing equipment break through the traditional ore dressing equipments, especially it has realized the continuous production by usage of the combined forces. This equipment has a lot of advantages such as simple fabrication, convenient for operation and energy conservation and environmental protection. The national invention patent was obtained in 2012.
