摘要
目的了解RhD阴性自愿无偿献血者队伍管理新模式的效果。方法从发展固定献血者、加强献血者之间交流、有序召回献血者、树立典范、加强应急队伍建设、保证动态库存量、创新发血模式等方面,对RhD阴性自愿无偿献血者队伍管理方法进行改进。并比较模式前后的效果。结果实施新模式后,RhD阴性自愿无偿献血者队伍稳定性提高(x2=5.54,P<0.05),再次献血人数增加(x2=13.35,P<0.01),血液利用率提高,应急献血次数减少(x2=4.49,P<0.05)。结论采取多种措施,稳定RhD阴性自愿无偿献血者队伍,可有效保障RhD阴性血液的临床供应,确保用血安全。
Objective Exploration on validity of the new mode of management to the volunteer donors of RhD negative in Longgang Blood Station. Method To strengthen the management to the volunteer donors of RhD negative in the new mode, to analyze the data from the present volunteer donors'stabilization and effect of blood supply, which is set to be the experimental group, and comparing which with the data of those in the previous year and those in the year after present. Result The stabilization rises in a large range ( χ^2 = 5.54,P 〈 0.05 }. The number of repeat blood donor rises (χ^2 = 13.35,P 〈 0.01 ). Utilization ratio of RhD negative blood increases while emergency blood donation decreases ( χ^2 = 4.49,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The new mode of management to the volunteer donors of RhD negative is able to keep the stabilization of the donators throng, to increase the repeated blood donor and also able to decrease emergency blood donation and guarantee effectively the clinical supply of the RhD negative blood.
