摘要
针对传统有线通信和射频通信的不足,为满足爆炸性环境中应用的需要,研制了一种具有无线远传GPRS通信的多功能本质安全体积修正仪。该修正仪在设计之初植入本质安全防爆技术理念,采用微功耗技术,配接高精度数字温度和压力传感器,内嵌各类无线通信模块。在计算显示处理程序中,植入不同被测气体的压缩因子数学模型。实际应用表明,该修正仪精度高,功能丰富,运行安全可靠,且可应用于设备保护等级为Ga级的爆炸性环境,具有很强的实用性和推广价值。
Aiming at the shortages of traditional wired communication and radio frequency (RF} communication, and the necessity application in explosive atmospheres, the multifunctional intrinsic safety volume corrector with wireless transmission GPRS of has been researched and developed. The technical concept of intrinsic safety explosion proof is implanted at the beginning of the design. And the corrector adopts micro power consumption technology and is equipped with high precision temperature and pressure transducers, as well as variety of built-in wireless communication modules. In addition, the mathematical models of compression factor for different measured gases are implanted in the calculation show process flow, The practical application indicates that the corrector features high accuracy, rich functions and runs reliably and safety, it can be used in explosive atmosphere requesting equipment protection level Ga, and possesses strong practicality and promotional value.
