摘要
目的 :探讨腹膜透析在鱼胆中毒并发急性肾功能衰竭治疗中的作用。方法 :回顾分析 4例鱼胆中毒并急性肾功能衰竭救治中腹膜透析的方法及疗效。结果 :在未行腹膜透析的情况下 ,治疗心衰、昏迷时行脱水、扩管、应用激素、强心等治疗无效 ;而行腹膜透析后其尿毒症、心衰、昏迷胃肠道等症状迅速缓解。结论 :腹膜透析是治疗鱼胆中毒并急性肾功能衰竭的不可缺少治疗措施。
Objective: To study the therapeutic status of peritoneal dialysis for fish bile Poisoning with acute renal failure.Methods:To Retrospectively analysis the effection and usage of Peritoneal dialysis and other methods on the trearment of fish bile poisning with acute renal failure.Results:Without Peritoneal dialysis,giving diuretic、vasodilator and sterorid to treat cardiac failure and come had no effect. But with peritoneal dialysis,uremia、cardiac failure、coma and gastric intestinal syndrome is dispersed quickly.Conclusion:The peritoneal dialysis is the principal treatment to the fish bile poisoning with renal failure.
