气体可压缩性对涡街流量计计量性能影响分析 被引量:19

摘要 分析了涡街流量计的基本原理;运用可压缩流体的流体力学方程,对涡街流量计的流场速度进行了计算分析,得到了可压缩流体中等熵指数κ对仪表系数影响的计算公式,并采用MATLAB对公式进行了计算分析,发现仪表系数随流体可膨胀性的加剧而呈现增大的的变化趋势,且在速度为50 m/s时偏差达到1.54%;最后,通过实验测试数据及CFD仿真对可压缩流体和不可压缩流体的仪表系数进行了研究,研究结果表明,理论计算得到的系数偏差曲线与实验测试和仿真得到的系数偏差曲线变化趋势一致。 In order to find influence law of the gas compressibility to vortex flowmeter, the basic principle of vortex flowmeter was analyzed;compressible fluid equations of fluid mechanics were used to calculate the flow rate, ob- tained the compressible isentropic exponent K on instrument coefficient calculation formula, formula were calculated and analyzed by using MATLAB, found the meter coefficient appeared a trend of the larger as swellable intensified, and deviation reached 1.54% when the speed was 50 rn/s. At last, the meter coefficient of compressible and in- compressible fluid was researched through the experimental test data and CFD simulation. The coefficient deviation curve calculated by theory is the same as the experiments and simulation.
