摘要
针对纯超级电容混合动力客车售后维修存在的高压安全性问题,设计出具有便捷、智能、安全的高压快速放电设备.试验与理论分析可知:所设计的放电设备耗能元件阻值及其发热满足人体安全要求,阻值参数设计合理;由于采用单片机控制,该设备具有智能化特性,并能保证期便捷性与安全性.
High-voltage rapid discharge equipment with the convenience, intelligence and security was designed to solve the high voltage security problem of super capacitor hybrid electric bus after sales maintenance. The experimental and the- oretical analysis revealed that the resistance design was reasonable, and the resistance value and heating value of the dis- charge equipment could meet the requirement of human body safety. Furthermore, due to the SCM control, this equip- ment also showed the intelligence characteristics, and could guarantee the use safety and convenience.
