摘要
目的:对凤仙透骨草总黄酮的纯化工艺进行优化。方法:以凤仙透骨草总黄酮的静态吸附量和解析率为指标,对5种大孔吸附树脂D-101、HPD400、HPD450、AB-8、X-5进行筛选,筛选出最佳型号的大孔树脂,并确定其分离纯化条件。结果:D101型大孔树脂对凤仙透骨草总黄酮的纯化效果较好,最佳上样量为9.415mg/mL树脂,上样药液浓度为1.387mg/mL,水洗量为5倍柱体积,用8倍柱体积60%乙醇洗脱。结论:D101型大孔树脂对凤仙透骨草总黄酮的纯化方法可行。
Objective: To optimize purification process of total flavones from Impatiens balsamina L..Methods: The Static absorption amount and desorption ratio were taken as the investigation indexes for screening five kinds of resins like D 101,HPD400,HPD450,AB-8 and X-5.Screen out the best type of macroporous resin,and determine the separation and purification condition.Results: D101 resin was the optimum purification resin for total flavones of Impatiens balsamina L.,and the best sample quality was 9.415mg/mL;concentration of sample solution was 1.387mg/mL;volume of water was 5BV;eluent of 60% ethanol of 8BV.Conclusion: D101 resin is feasible for purification of total flavones from Impatiens balsamina L.
