摘要
试验采用平板对峙法和Salkowski比色法测定了细菌S27的生物学功能,并对其进行了形态学及16SrDNA序列鉴定.结果表明:该菌对马铃薯枯萎病菌(Fusarium tricinctum),马铃薯丝核病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)和马铃薯炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum coccodes)都有良好的抑制作用,可致菌丝膨大,断裂及溶解等;该菌株在含有色氨酸和不含色氨酸的King培养基中分泌IAA的量分别为20.15和6.16 mg/L;能有效的溶解无机磷Ca3(PO4)2,其溶磷量为505.41mg/L.通过形态学与16SrDNA基因序列同源性分析,初步确定菌株S27为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens).
Through the determination of the bacterial biological function of S27, the results showed that S27 inhibited pathogenic fungi of potato, such as wilt (Fusariurn tricinctum), black rot (Colletotrichum coccodes) ,Rhizoctonia diseases (Rhizoctonia solani). S27 caused hyphal swelling, fracture and dissolution and other changes. The content of IAA which secreted on culture medium of King with tryptophan and without tryptophan were 20. 15 mg/L and 6. 16 mg/L, S27 effectively dissolved inorganic phosphorus Ca3 (PO4)2 and the content was 505.41 mg/L. The strain S27 was identified as Bacillus aznyloliquefaciens through morphological determination and 16SrDNA sequence analysis.
