摘要
麻花钻是孔加工中的重要工具之一,它本身的固有属性影响着孔加工的质量和加工效率。利用Pro/E三维造型软件建立麻花钻三维模型,基于切削和振动理论,利用ANSYS中的动力分析技术对钻头整体做模态分析,得出了麻花钻的前五阶固有频率。根据钻头的振型图中的最大位移量,通过分析研究,从理论上论证了钻头的固有频率对孔加工质量的影响,从而为钻头设计中改变材质和尺寸以及加工中选择合适钻头等提供了一定的理论依据,提高加工质量。
Twist drill is one of the important hole machining tools, whose own inherent properties affect the quality and processing ej^ciency of hole machining. It uses Pro~ 3D modeling software to create twist drills three-dimensional model. Based on cutting and vibration theory, it takes use of dynamic analysis in ANSYS to do modal analysis on the whole bit, and comes to the first five natural frequencies of twist drill. According to the largest displacement in the vibration mode graph of bit, after analysis of the results, it demonstrates theoretically that the natural frequeney of the drill effects the hole machining quality, providing a theoretical basis for the drill design, such as material and size, and for choosing the suitable drill bit and processing, thereby improving the quality of machining.
