摘要
基于弹塑性有限元理论以及Ansys Workbench分析软件,对不同几何参数的孔型立辊分别进行了轧制模拟研究,分析了立辊的两个关键几何参数的变化对成形精度的影响,成形精度由坯料横截面的狗骨几何形状来描述,两关键参数分别选取孔型立辊的内圆倒角半径R和倾斜角值φ。通过有限元分析软件的模拟结果可知:孔型立辊几何参数的变化对坯料的成形精度有直接的影响;增大孔型立辊的内圆倒角R或者减小孔型立辊的倾斜角φ,都可以提高轧制过程的轧透性。
Based on the theory of elastic plasticity finite clement method and the Ansys Workbench analysis software, the simulation of the vertical rolling process with different roller parameters has been introduced. The effect of two key roller parameters, the internal fillet R and the tilting angle ~p, on the cross section of the roUing part has been analyzed. From the simulation results, it was known that the variation of the geometrical parwneters of the vertical roller has a direct impact on the rolling effect. When the internal fillet increases or the tilting angle decreases, the ralling permeability is improved.
