摘要
为加强我国压制武器弹药的高效毁伤能力,对大口径炮弹分步压装RL-F高能炸药工艺技术进行研究。阐述炮弹分步压装RL-F炸药的必要性,分析其性能、工艺技术方案,给出工艺设计流程图,采用试验线对RL-F炸药工艺性进行验证,确定分步压装工艺参数,并以实例进行相关试验、检测。实例结果表明:该技术能解决基于第二代含能材料RL-F高能炸药应用的关键技术问题,其综合威力比制式弹提高50以上,具有一定的军事效益。
In order to strengthen high energy conventional damage capabilities of China's pressing ammunitions, research on step pressing RL-F explosive technologies of large-caliber artilleries. Illustrate necessities of having step pressing on explosive RL-f and analyze its performance, technological scheme and technical flow chart. Use test wire to verify usability of the process on RL-F explosive while confirm relative parameters though experiments and practice. Result shows the technology could solve critical applicable problems of the second generation high energy RL-F explosiveand its combine effect could enhance more than 50%, which means definite military benefits.
