舟山地区2011年～2012年孕检妇女血清FT_3、FT_4和TSH调查分析 被引量：5

摘要 胎儿的甲状腺系统在孕妇怀孕10周后才开始发育，之前胎儿的甲状腺激素水平全部依赖母体供给。所以孕妇的甲状腺激素水平直接影响着胎儿发育，尤其是胎儿神经系统的发育和智力水平。孕妇如果甲状腺功能减退的话，除了影响婴儿的智力水平外，也容易导致流产、早产、先天性畸形。本文调查分析了舟山地区2011年～2012年孕检妇女甲状腺激素检测结果，为本地区孕检妇女的甲状腺疾病治疗提供参考依据。
