摘要
通过对游客感知的开平碉楼旅游目的地形象重要性和表现绩效进行调查,运用IPA定位模型将开平碉楼旅游目的地形象划分为四个发展目标各异的象限,识别出开平碉楼在提高旅游目的地形象管理的轻重缓急项。针对开平碉楼的旅游目的地形象现状提出了相应的管理启示,研究成果可为开平碉楼旅游目的地形象管理提供理论指导。
This paper investigates the pereeived importance and performanee of the tourism destination image (TDI) of Kaiping Diaolou from the tourists' pel,'spective. According to the results of Importance- Performance Analysis (IPA), the perceived TDI is divided into four quadrants that exhibit the priority level of significant aspects in the destination development. Finally, based on the current TDI of Kaiping Diaolou, this study discusses the implications and suggestions for future practical planning and theoretical guidance.
