摘要
目的 研究结合少年儿童生产发育特点 ,阐明了甲状腺容积与人体发育的密切关联。年龄不变的情况下 ,个体发育的水平 ,与甲状腺容积是呈正相关关系。方法 根据 419名 10周岁儿童人体测量数据甲状腺容积 ,分别建立了男和女生的逐步回归方程 ,并据此与个案的身高、体重相应地算出甲状腺容积理论值。结果 将实际值标化后 ,其分布呈正态。说明受检儿童甲状腺发育正常。结论 就儿童发育水平与实测值比较证明现行判断肿大的标准严重脱离实际 。
Objective According to characteristics of children's development,this paper demonstrated positive correlation between thyroid size and development of school children.In brief,the faster child's body develops,the bigger child's thyroid is,under the same age.Methods Under the same age,thyroid volume was significantly correlated with body weight and height,described by male school children and female school children stepwise regression equation.The thyroid volume measured by B ultrasound was standardized with the expected value of thyroid volume.Results The standardized values distributed normally.These data indicate that the development of children's thyroid was normal.Conclusions The criterion for diagnosis of thyroid size with B utrasound without considering the development of children's body false positive errors in which the normal children are diagnosed as of thyroid goiter.
