摘要
在中国油气发展战略上应常规和非常规并重,在非常规油气中作为最现实的主攻方向是致密油气、页岩油气和煤层气,业内对此似乎无大争议。但进一步说,非常规油气三者中孰先孰后却分歧不小。把问题敞开来,实质上是对中国煤层气、页岩油气的前景怎么评价,对中国油气形势的严峻性以及中国油气发展战略的争论。答案是明确的:对于迫切需要油气快速增长的中国来说,应统筹兼顾,因地制宜"一个也不能少"。
Oil and Gas Development Strategy in China should both conventional and unconventional,unconventional oil and gas as the main direction is tight oil and gas, shale gas and CBM, the industry there seemed no great controversy. But further, unconventional oil and gas among the three are our priorities but disagreement is not small. Open to the problem, in essence, is a Chinese CBM, shale oil and gas prospects how to evaluate the Chinese oil and gas gravity of the situation and China's oil and gas development strategy debate. The answer is clear: the urgent need for the rapid growth of Chinese oil and gas, it should be balanced, according to local conditions, 'not one less.'
