213例视网膜母细胞瘤患儿血清NSE值分析 被引量:7

The serum neuron specific enolase analysis in 213 cases with retinoblastoma

摘要 目的分析视网膜母细胞瘤患儿血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron—specificenolase,NSE)与临床分期的相关性。方法收集2005年至2012年同仁医院213例经病理明确诊断为视网膜母细胞瘤的患儿临床资料,均为单眼发病。依据病理及全身检查,分为眼内期146例、眼外期48例及远处转移期19例。根据病理和年龄,将所有病例分为≤3岁的眼内期组、眼外期组、远处转移期组;〉3岁的眼内期组、眼外期组和远处转移期组。结果眼内期组血清NSE水平为(27.5±10.8)μg/L,眼外期组血清NSE水平为(28.2±8.5)μg/L,远处转移期组血清NSE水平为(149.0±128.6)μg/L。≤3岁患儿各组NSE结果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。〉3岁患儿各组NSE结果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。远处转移期组患儿血清NSE水平明显高于眼内期组、眼外期组。结论血清NSE值的测定对于视网膜母细胞瘤远处转移有诊断和鉴别诊断价值。 Objective To analyze correlation between serum neuron specific enolase(NSE) and clinical stages of retinoblastoma in children. Methods Clinical data of 213 unilateral retinoblastoma cases were collect- ed in Tongren hospital from 2005 to 2012. These cases were clearly diagnosed by pathology. According to the pathology and systemic examination, these cases were divided into intraocular stage ( 146 cases), extraocular stage(48 cases) and distant metastasis period( 19 cases) . Results The serum NSE level of intraocular stage group was (27.5± 10. 8) μg/L,the serum NSE level of extraocular stage group was (28.2 ±8.5 ) μg/L,the serum NSE level of distant metastasis period group was ( 149. 0 ± 128.6) μg/L. According to the pathology and age, all patients were divided into age less than 3 years of intraocular stage group, extraocular stage group and distant metastasis period group, more than 3 years of intraocular group, extraocular stage group and distant metas- tasis period group. The difference of serum NSE levels in three groups were compared by analysis of variance. The difference of NSE level was statistically significant in three groups who were less than 3 years(P 〈0. 05). The results of three groups. The serum NSE level of distant metastasis period group was significantly higher than those of intraocular stage group and extraocular stage group. Conclusion The detection of serum NSE was valuable in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of retinoblastoma metastasis period.
