摘要
全科服务团队能有效地实现社区卫生服务"六位一体"的功能,满足社区居民基本医疗服务和公共卫生服务的需求。本文运用SWOT分析法,剖析地方社区卫生服务发展的状况,对地方社区全科服务团队内部环境(优势、劣势)和外部条件(机遇、挑战)进行系统的分析,同时提出符合地方社区卫生服务发展的全科服务团队的建设策略,以期为地方社区全科服务团队的建设与发展提供科学的理论依据。
It is effective for general practitioner service team to carry out ＂ Six in One＂ function of the community health service so as to satisfy the requirement of community residents of basic medical services and public health services. In this paper by using the Strength - Weakness - Opportunity - Threat （SWOT） analysis, we analyze systematically both the inner condi- tions （ strengths and weaknesses） and outer environment （ opportunities and threats） of general practitioner service team in local community, meanwhile, we put forward strategies for construction of general practitioner service team suitable for the develop- ment of local community health service, so that to provide scientific evidence for construction and development of general practi- tioner service team in local community.
