摘要
为了实现数字式可控逆变变频电源的设计,介绍了一种以AVR单片机ATMEGA16L作为控制器,应用等效面积法生成SPWM脉冲序列,产生驱动信号实现正弦波变频电源。采用电压型全桥逆变电路,用M57962L驱动芯片实现驱动。系统具有过流保护、欠压保护和IGBT软关断等功能。理论分析和实验结果证明该方法是可行的。
To realize the design of digital control inverter frequency conversion power supply, the study introduced a design method. With AVR single chip ATMEGA16L as controller, the equivalent area method is applied to generate SPWM pulse sequences and drive signal to realize the sine wave inverter power supply. It achieves the function of over-current protection, under-voltage protection and IGBT soft shut off in the system. Results show that the method is feasible by theoretical method and the actual operation.
