摘要
制造系统是企业生产重要的一环,利用先进的建模手段和描述方法将制造系统的具体内容表达出来,加入一定量的实时数据进行分析,可以得到制造系统过程的性能指标参数,参考这些结果对制造系统进行调整,从而不断优化生产过程。在新型材料的生产工艺升级变革背景下,通过收集其系列产品生产线设备性能和加工参数,利用成熟Petri网建模方法建立基于随机Petri模型,借助网络分析技术和算法求解标识稳态概率和变迁利用率,并参照其结果优化现场生产,提高批量产品生产制造效率。
Manufacturing system is an important part of enterprise production, it is advanced to describe the manufacturing system by using some modeling method, add a certain amount of timely data and ana- lyse,then performance parameters in the process of manufacturing system could be work out. refering to these results and adjusting the manufacturing system, so as to continuously optimize the production process. With the context of the promotion of the production process of new materials, the Petri Net has been built by using the mature Petri net modeling method based on SPN, and analysed the data of pro- duction line equipment and process connected, and work out the steady-state probability and utilization rate of Transform with analysis techniques and algorithm for Petri Net, at last optimize factory production and improve production efficiency.
