摘要
以分光光度法对三种水生植物,普生轮藻、豆瓣菜和菹草在优化条件下吸附苯后叶绿素、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的变化进行了研究。结果表明,处理组与对照组相比,叶绿素含量和SOD活性无明显变化或略有升高,CAT活性有不同程度的升高。三种植物对苯具有良好的适应性和耐受性。
The effects on chlorophyll and antioxidative enzymes of three aquatic plants, Chara vulgaris, Nasturtium officinale and Potamogeton crispus, adsorbed benzene were researched by spectrophotometric method. The results showed that the content .of chlorophyll and activity of SOD have no distinct change or slight increase, while the activity of CAT have distinct increase. Three aquatic plants have good adaptability and tolerance for benzene.
