摘要
大肠菌群作为受肠道病原菌污染的间接指标,已被多数国家用于食品的卫生质量鉴定,寻求其快速、敏感的检测方法一直是全球关注的热点。目前的检测方法有最近似数法(MPN)、直接计数法、酶底物法、免疫学方法、分子生物学方法、快速测试片法和自动化检测法,分别从特异性、敏感性、可操作性和时耗、成本诸方面进行了比较分析,结果每种方法各有其优缺点。
As an indirect indicator for enteric pathogenic bacteria contamination on food, coliform has been excluded in food hygiene qualification in most countries. And how to have rapid and sensitive detection has been a worldwide focus. In this paper, specificity, sensitivity, difficulty in practical application, duration and cost were compared among different detection methods, such as the most probable number (MPN) method, the direct count method, enzyme substrate technique, slip method and automated method. And each method immunological method, molecular biological methods, has its merits and demerits.
