摘要
为了探索硼粉改性和改性后的性能表征方法,采用含能粘接剂对微米硼粉进行团聚改性,应用pH值测试及XRD分析判别Bz03及酸性杂质,应用TG热分析判别样品的反应活性。与原料硼粉性能相比,结果表明:乙醇提纯硼(Et-B)的pH值变化很小,含能粘接剂团聚硼(TB)的pH值达7.1;Et-B样品谱图中归属于B20,的X-射线衍射峰强度大大减弱,TB谱图中找不到对应B20,的衍射峰,TB经自然储存6个月后未见变化;Et—B起始氧化温度几乎未变,氧化增重高14%,氧化程度高4.5%;TB起始氧化温度低100K以上,氧化增重高27%-28%,氧化程度高了近9%。
In order to explore modification methods of boron powder and characterization method of properties of modified bo- ron, micron boron powder was agglomerated with energetic binder, pH test and XRD were used to research B203and other acidic impurity. TG was conducted to study the reaction activities of the prepared samples. Compared with the raw boron, pH values of Et- B increased little and pH values of TB enhanced to 7.1. In XRD pattens, the B203peaks of Et-B were greatly weaker than that of raw boron, and no B203 peaks appeared in the XRD patten of TB. TG measurements indicate that the initial oxidation temperature of B purified with ethanol was nearly unchanged and that the weight gain and oxidized degree enhanced by 14% and by 4.5%, re- spectively. However, the initial oxidation temperature of B agglomerated with energetic binder was 100 K lower, and the weight gain increased by 27% -28% while oxidized degree enhanced by 9%. The properties of boron agglomerated with energetic binder al- tered little after storage for six months.
