摘要
结合工程实践,设计了固体火箭发动机用复合材料在温度影响下的力学性能实验方案;分析了温度对环氧树脂基体、复合材料单向板力学性能的影响;研究了温度对复合材料容器及实际产品爆破压强的影响,获得了材料在温度影响下的力学特性及在载荷作用下的构件的破坏机理。实验结果为建立该材料的典型微结构特征和宏观力学性能的定量关系提供了验证数据,也为航天固体火箭发动机复合材料壳体结构设计提供了重要材料参数。
Based on to engineering practice, mechanical properties experimental schemes of composite material were designed under the influence of temperature. The influence of temperature on mechanical properties of epoxy resin matrix and composite mate- rial unidirectional plate were analyzed. The influence of temperature on burst pressures of composite material vessels and cases were studied. The mechanical properties of materials and failure mechanism of components were obtained. The experiment results were used to establish the quantitative relationship of typical structural features and macroscopic mechanical properties. The important ma- terial parameters provide reference for the structural design of composite material case.
