硫酸镁对重症支气管哮喘患者FeNO和SCF的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨硫酸镁佐治对重症支气管哮喘患者呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)和血清干细胞因子(stem cell factor,SCF)的影响。方法 100例重症支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组50例,观察组50例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用硫酸镁治疗,治疗后分析效果,治疗前后测定患者FeNO和SCF。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为88%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.01);两组治疗后患者FeNO和SCF均有明显降低,并且与对照组比较,观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁佐治重症哮喘可以减少FeNO和SCF,从而改善病情。 Objective To discuss the influence of magnesium sulfate on exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) and stem cell factor (SCF) in patients with severe bronchial asthma. Methods 100 patients with severe bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 50) and the observation group (n = 50). All patients were given the conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate additionally. FeNO and SCF were detected before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 98% in the observation group and 88% in the control group, There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 O. O1 ). FeNO and SCF both decreased after the treatment, and they were obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Magnesium sulfate can decrease the levels of FeNO and SCF, thereby to improve patients' condition with severe bronchial asthma.
