摘要
随着再生混凝土应用的逐渐增多,对再生混凝土骨料的剔选技术提出了更高要求。传统的混凝土再生骨料剔选方法存在不足,影响到再生混凝土技术发展及再生混凝土的广范应用。利用微波辅助机械的混凝土再生骨料剔选方法是有良好前景的方法,分析微波辅助机械剔选混凝土再生骨料的原理,并通过试验证明了这一方法可行性和有效性,表明微波辅助机械的再生骨料剔选将有助于实现混凝土再生骨料生产的快速高效及所生产出再生混凝土骨料的高品质。该研究将有助于再生混凝土技术的发展和再生混凝土的更广泛应用。
As the recycled concrete is applied more widely, the higher technical requirements to produc-tion of recycled concrete are needed. Nowadays, there exist some deficiencies in the traditional method of beneficiating the recycled concrete aggregates, which have an affecton technical development and broad application of recycled concrete. By comparison, the microwave-assisted mechanic beneficiation of recycled aggregates is one method with a good foreword. In the paper, the principle on beneficiation of recycled concrete aggregates by microwave-assisted mechanic system is analyzed. The feasibility and ef- fectiveness of microwave-assisted mechanic method to beneficiate the recycled concrete aggregates are proven by test results. The test results show that the microwave-assisted mechanic beneficiation is helpful to realize the quick and efficient production of the recycled concrete aggregates, and then get the high- quality recycled concrete aggregates from production. The achievement from the paper will accelerate the technical development and broad application of the recycled concrete.
