摘要
19世纪中叶,英国著名哲学家、教育家斯宾塞应生产活动的需求,大力倡导科学教育,建构科学教育体系,奠定了实科教育在学校教育中的地位。探求斯宾塞的科学教育思想,回顾其产生的背景,目的、科学知识的价值等,使之对当今科学教育发展与课程改革有所启示。
In the middle of 19th century,Herbert Spencer,the famous British educator and philosopher,advocated the scientific education greatly and built its system to meet the production need,which laid the science's foundation in the schooling.So exploring Spencer's scientific education and analyzing its background,its aim,the worth of science and so on,would be beneficial to the scientific education's development and the curriculum revolution.
