摘要
目的调查平项山市全民健康生活方式行动开展情况和效果,进一步全面推进该市全民健康生活方式行动工作。方法抽取启动项目区(干预区)和未启动项目区(非干预区)各1个,各发放500份调查问卷,通过入户面对面访谈或集中调查等方式,调查问卷核对无误后编码录入SPSS 16.0软件,并采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果干预后居民对全民健康生活在方式的知晓率和健康生活方式内涵知晓率显著高于非干预后(均P<0.01);采用合理膳食指导工具的比例,干预区与非干预区合格率均低于40%。所评估的9种健康生活方式指标中有8个指标干预区与非干预区均存在明显差异(均P<0.01)。结论干预区居民对健康生活方式的基本知识知晓情况较为理想,大多数人已经认识到健康的生活方式能够预防疾病的发生。应在全市大力普及相关知识,开展全民健康生活方式的宣传教育,以提高居民健康生活方式的行为能力。
[ Objective ]To investigate the status and effect of universal healthy lifestyle action in Pingdingshan City, further promote the universal health lifestyle action in this city. [ Methods] 1 district had implemented the project (intervention district) and 1 district had not implemented the project were collected (non-intervention district) were collected, while 500 questionnaires were released in each district. The face-to-face interview and centralized investigation were conducted. The results of questionnaires were checked and input into SPSS 16.0 software, and were analyzed by SPSS software. [ Results] The awareness rates of healthy lifestyle and its connotation in intervention district were significantly higher than those in non-intervention district ( both P 〈 0.0t ). For the proportion of using the reasonable dietary guidance tools, the qualified rates in both intervention district and non-intervention district were lower than 40%. Among 9 healthy lifestyle indexes in this study, the differences in 8 indexes between intervention district and non-intervention district were significant ( all P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] The awareness status of basic knowledge about healthy lifestyle among residents in intervention district is good, and most of residents have believed that healthy lifestyle can prevent the diseases. It is necessary to popularize the relevant knowledge, and carry out the education of universal healthy lifestyle, to improve the capacity and behavior of healthy lifestyle.
