摘要
现代化的交通事故管理系统应具备属性数据分析功能、空间数据特征分析功能。以GIS作为系统开发平台,设计空间数据库和属性数据库,实现数据库间的连接,并确定电子地图的图元要素和组织结构,建立一个实现数据绑定技术和具备空间可视化分析功能的GIS数据平台。经测试,系统数据平台运行稳定,能满足系统总体功能需要。
Modern traffic accident management system should be capable of making categorical data analysis and spatial data analysis. With GIS as the opening platform of the system, a spatial database and a attribute database are designed to accomplish the link of databases. By determining the primitive element and the structure of the digital map, a GIS data platform with data binding technology and spatial visualization analysis is set up. It is tested that the platform can perform steadily and meet the overall need of the system.
