摘要
介绍了一种高精度倾角测量装置,该装置使用ADXL335三轴加速度传感器获取姿态信息,经ARM7微处理器计算处理后得到倾角数据并显示在1602液晶屏上。实验验证和比较使用不同计算方法所得结果,分析了造成误差的主要原因,最终采用插值补偿的方法对测量结果进行补偿,使倾斜角测量的绝对误差不大于±0.2°。
A high-precision angle measuring device was introduced.The device consisted of triaxial accelerometer ADXL335 used for acquiring attitude information and microprocessor ARM7 used for calculation.Then the result was displayed on 1602LCD.The result obtained using different algorithms through the experiment was compared and analyzed.Interpolation compensation method was used to compensate the error of results.Finally,the experimental results show that the system's errors of measurement is ±0.2°.
