摘要
抛光加工是曲面类零件生产过程中非常重要的一个环节。考虑到使用的通用性和成本控制的要求,设计了一种基于直角坐标机器人的自动抛光系统。整个控制系统基于PC+PLC+HMI的架构,利用PC进行插补等复杂计算,使用PLC输出脉冲对伺服电机进行定位控制,昆仑触摸屏TPC1063H用于对运动过程进行监控。所设计控制系统能保证抛光刀具以正确的姿态、准确的位置和合适的抛光力进行工作。实践表明,所设计的控制系统能满足抛光系统使用要求,控制精度较高,成本也较低。
Polishing is a very important process for surface part production. Considering the use of commonality and cost control requirements, a kind of automatic polishing system based on Cartesian coordinate robot is designed. The polishing control system is constructed by PC, PLC and HMI, and PLC is used to position servo motor, and PC is used to complete complicated computing such as interpolation and etc. TPC1063H is adopted to display information during system running process. Polishing tool could work in the way of correct posture, accurate location and proper polishing force. Practice shows that the designed control system can satisfy the use requirements of polishing system. Besides, it has high control accuracy and low cost.
