摘要
刀具长度补偿功能是现代数控机床加工中心的重要功能,数控编程人员和数控机床操作人员只有深人理解并灵活运用刀具长度补偿功能,才能提高编程质量和保证工件加工精度。在生产实际中,加工中心需经常交换刀具,而且每把刀具长度(或磨损后)总会有所不同,所以加工中心对刀操作的正确与否,直接影响到工件加工质量与加工效率。在理实教学一体化过程中,学生根据正确的数控零件加工程序加工零件时,会出现撞刀或工件在Z轴的加工精度不合格的现象。针对上述问题,首先介绍采用刀具长度补偿G43/G44、G49指令实现Z轴对刀三种设定方法的具体步骤,结合加工零件实例,在FANUC 0iM系统加工中心的具体界面中如何设置刀具长度补偿参数值来实现Z轴对刀,为教学过程减少了撞刀事故并节约了生产成本。
Tool length compensation function is the most important function of modern numerical control machine tool machining center, and for CNC programming and CNC machine operator only deep understanding and flexible use of tool length compensation function, can them improve the quality of programming and guarantee the workpiece machining accuracy. In actual production, the processing center need to frequently exchange tools, and since per length of the cutting tool wear (or after) will vary, so whether it is correct or or for processing center to use knife operating directly affects the workpiece machining quality and machining effwiency.ln teaching integration procedure of the CNC production training, there will be cases like hitting the cutting tool and work-pieces, which may cause the unqualified machining precision of the Z axis, when the students machine work-piece according to the correct NC machining program. Concrete steps, how to realize the Z-axis cutting tool setting by flexible using G-code of the cutting tool length offset direction (G43, G44, C,49), are first given~ Next, combined with practical parts example, how to set the cutting tool length offset parameters in FANUC 0iM system specific operation integCace of machining center is elaborated in order to realize the Z-axis cutting tool setting. It reduces cutting tool collision and saves the cost of production for the teaching integration procedure.
