摘要
分析了滚珠丝杆单线砂轮磨削的加工原理,对滚珠丝杆成型磨削工艺进行了研究。在分析了当前国内滚珠丝杆磨床加工需求的基础上,设计并开发了滚珠丝杆数控磨削工艺软件,并集成到滚珠丝杆磨床的开放式数控系统中。实现了滚珠丝杆磨削工艺与装备的结合,为用户提供了涵盖丝杆参数化编程、成型砂轮修整、丝杆伸长量补偿与径向补偿等功能的整套丝杆成型磨削工艺支持。
Analyzed processing principle of the ball screw single wheel grinding, ball screw forming grinding process was studied. Based on analyzing the current requirement of the domestic ball screw grinding machine processing, developed the ball screw NC grinding process software, and integrated into open CNC system of the ball screw grinding machine. Realized combination of the ball screw grinding process and equipment, provided user a complete set of screw forming grinding process support with function of screw parametric programming, forming grinding wheel dressing, screw elongation compensation and radial compensation etc.
