摘要
指出作为连锁企业运营基本力量的基层人力资源在当前正面临着一些困难。表现为招募难度增大、劳动力成本增加、离职率上升等状况。这些问题并非各自独立存在,基层的人力资源不足将造成服务水平下降,而人力资源成本更随之增加,企业为了确保利润进行再扩张却再度面对人力资源不足的窘境。各种负面状况相互推动发展,形成恶性循环。究其原因,基层管理团队建设没有跟上以及管理体系不够合理是主要问题。提出缩减重负荷门店的职权,改善相关管理指标并完善薪酬制度等解决问题的建议。
The paper indicates that grass-root human resource,as the fundamental power for franchise businesses,is facing some problems,such as ineffective recruiting,rising wages and high refresh rate,etc.However,these troubles do not exist separately.The shortage of grass-root human resource brings down the service level,so the labor cost increases and the companies will lack in human resource again if they expand their business for profits.Therefore,every negative situation promotes each other,which makes a vicious circle.What should be responsible for it are poor grass-root team construction and unreasonable operation system.It is suggested in the paper to reduce the authority of stores with heavy load,and to improve management and benefit packages.
