摘要
在高校后勤工作实践中,坚持"四化"工作方法,即坚持把后勤工作改革发展的社会化作为方向指引,把后勤工作内部管理的精细化作为根本要求,把后勤工作制度安排的规范化作为坚实基础,把后勤工作队伍建设的人性化作为重要保障,对促进后勤工作科学发展,实现经济效益和社会效益同步增长,为高校办学提供良好的育人环境起着重要作用。
In the practice of the logistic management in colleges and universities,four measures are very important and should be taken.For example,to take the socialization of logistic management reform and development as a direction;to take the fine management of internal management as a basic requirement;to take the normalization of logistics management as a solid foundation;to take the logistics team construction of human nature as the important guarantee.The four measures play a vital role in promoting the scientific development of logistic management,increasing both economic benefit and social benefit;and offering a favorable environment for talents cultivation in colleges and universities.
