玻纤增强聚丙烯管材缠绕成型温度工艺参数研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过熔融浸渍法制作了聚丙烯(PP)预浸料坯带。采用正交试验,研究了玻纤增强PP复合管材缠绕成型过程中几个主要加工温度参数对其性能的影响。结果表明,通道加热温度、热风枪加热温度、芯模温度对复合管材的层间剪切强度(F sbs)和环向拉伸强度(σ环)有显著影响。其中,热风枪温度对F sbs影响较大,而芯模温度对σ环影响较大。在预热通道温度200℃,热风枪温度260℃,芯模温度140℃的最优工艺条件下,管材的F sbs达到43.69 MPa,σ环达到了589 MPa。 Polypropylene(PP) prepreg tape was produced by using melt impregnation method.Effects of several processing temperatures on properties of filament winding of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene pipe were studied by orthogonal experiments. The results show that temperatures of heated chamber, hot air gun and mandrel have significant impact on interlaminar shear strength (Fsbs) and hoop tensile strength (σring) of PP composite pipe.Among them, hot air gun temperature has greater impact on Fsbs, meanwhile, mandrel temperature has greater influence on σring.Based on optimal process parameters of preheat channel temperature 200 ℃, hot air gun temperature 260 ℃, mandrel temperature 140 %, Fsbs and σring are 43.69 MPa and 589 MPa respectively.
