设计12组混凝土,其中,基准混凝土1组;陶泥取代水泥的混凝土4组,粉煤灰取代水泥的混凝土4组,取代量分别为10%,20%,30%,40%;陶泥和粉煤灰共同取代水泥的混凝土3组,取代量分别为10%(陶泥)+20%(粉煤灰),20%(陶泥)+10%(粉煤灰),20%(陶泥)+20%(粉煤灰)。进行混凝土拌和物和易性试验。试验结果表明,陶泥降低了混凝土拌和物的流动性,随着陶泥取代水泥用量的增加,混凝土拌和物坍落度呈下降趋势;相同取代量时,陶泥混凝土拌和物坍落度低于粉煤灰混凝土拌和物坍落度;陶泥取代水泥量10%时混凝土拌和物坍落度满足设计要求;随着陶泥掺量的增加,混凝土拌和物的黏聚性和保水性明显增强;可采用复掺粉煤灰的方法改善陶泥混凝土拌和物的和易性。
There are 12 groups of concrete designed, among which there is 1 group of control concrete, 4 groups of ceramic polishing powder concrete, in which ceramic polishing powder replaced cement 10%, 20%, 3(5%, 40%, 4 groups of fly ash concrete, in which fly ash replaced cement 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, another 3 groups of concrete were that both ceramic polishing powder and fly ash replaced cement at the same time, such as 10 % (ceramic polishing powder) +20 % (fly ash), 20% (ceramic polishing powder)+ 10% (fly ash), 20% (ceramic polishing powder) + 20% (fly ash). Fresh concrete workability tests are carried out and some results are obtained. Firstly, ceramic polishing powder can reduce mobility of fresh concrete, and with the percentage of replacement of cement with ceramic polishing powder increasing, fresh concrete slumps show declining trend, but if the percentage of replacement is 10%, the slump of fresh concrete can meet design requirement. Secondly, with the same percentage of replacement, slumps of fresh ceramic polishing powder concrete are less than that of fresh fly ash concrete. Thirdly, with the percentage of replacement of cement with ceramic polishing powder rising, viscidity and water retention of fresh concrete increase. Finally, to improve workability of fresh ceramic polishing powder concrete, cement can be replaced by ceramic polishing powder and fly ash at the same time.
