摘要
为满足中国散裂中子源(CSNS)工程预期发展及未来工程升级需要,建立了一套氦制冷系统。该制冷系统采用氦透平膨胀机,通过气体绝热膨胀来获得低温。文中介绍了透平膨胀机的设计参数、启动条件和运行情况,并对透平膨胀机运行性能进行了分析。实验表明,氦透平膨胀机的设计满足了CSNC装置对冷量的需求,透平效率高于设计值。
A helium refrigeration system was build for CSNS development and updating,in which turbine was used to get low temperature by isentropic expanding of helium.Design parameters,turbine startup,operation and performance analysis were presented in the paper.The test results indicate that the turbine meets the demands of CSNC,efficiency is higher than expected.
