金黄色葡萄球菌引发医院感染的分子流行病学特征 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察院内感染主要的金黄色葡萄球菌克隆及其特征。方法:从200例院内感染患者痰液分离出金黄色葡萄球菌样本,分析核糖基因型组成及特异的附属基因调节(agr)多态性和特有毒素。结果:200例样本中均未见万古霉素耐药性。不同的群体及不同的核糖基因型样本的抗生素耐药性不同,agrⅡ型等位基因是一种流行克隆,而agrⅠ型只存在于散发病例中。在68%的样本中发现LukD/LukE白细胞毒素基因。结论:最流行的核糖基因型对于几乎所有的抗生素均敏感,其中没有LukD/LukE基因。因此可能有其他未发现的因素造成流行克隆的院内感染。
