摘要
采用室内模拟研究的方法,考察DB-1固体阻垢剂对定边油矿井下石油管的阻垢缓蚀作用及机理,以期为固体阻垢剂在油田中的应用提供依据。实验利用静态挂片法和扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)测试研究了DB-1固体阻垢剂在定边1744-1#油井采出水模拟腐蚀实验条件下,DB-1固体阻垢剂在添加前后以及不同温度(30,50,70℃)下对N80套管钢结垢及腐蚀的影响。结果表明:1744-1#中N80钢的结垢程度随着温度的升高先升高后降低;与空白样相比,添加DB-1固体阻垢剂对试样有明显的阻垢缓蚀效果;试样表面垢层SEM形貌观察和XRD分析表明,垢的主要成分是FeCO3,CaCO3,CaSO4,BaCO3,还有少量Ca的硫化物、复盐等。
The anti-scaling and corrosion inhibition effects and mechanisms of DB-1 solid scale inhibitor to Dingbian oilfield pipelines were explored by the experiments of the indoor simulation in order to supply the basis for application of the solid scale inhibitor in oilfield. The effects of temperatures (30, 50 and 70 ℃) and the content of DB-1 solid scale inhibitor on N80 steels in the stratum water of Dingbian 1744-1# oilfield with the simulative environment were investigated by static bracket method, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the fouling degree of N80 steels in 1744-1" increases and then decreases with the temperature rise; compared with the blank samples, the anti-scaling and corrosion inhibition effects are increased significantly after DB-1 scale inhibitor added; the main compositions of the scale are FeCO3 , CaCO3 , CaSO3 , BaCO3 , as well as a little Ca sulfide and complex salt, etc. from the SEM morphology observation and XRD analysis.
