摘要
目的了解实验室仪器设备的配置对科研、教育和疾病控制能力的影响,为合理配置实验室仪器设备提供科学依据。方法采用描述性研究方法分析某疾控单位2001—2011年实验室仪器设备的变化,采用直线相关分析实验室仪器设备对科研和教育培训能力的影响,对疾病控制能力的影响从缩短实验室应急检测时间和参与重大突发公共卫生事件的角度来探讨。结果 2001—2011年某疾控单位实验室仪器设备有较大幅度增加,主要购置主要在2004、2008和2010年,存在是不均衡情况;现有实验室仪器设备与科研和教育培训能力存在正相关关系,与承担科研项目、发表论文和参加教育培训人数的相关系数分别达到0.795、0.902和0.707;仪器设备的改进缩短了实验室应急检测时间,提升了参与突发公共卫生事件的应急处置能力。结论实验室仪器设备的更新有利促进了该单位科研、教育和疾病控制能力的提升,中高端仪器设备尚需定期投入,以满足日益增长的工作需要。
Objective To examine the association of laboratory equipment collocation with the capability of scientific research,education and disease control and to provide scientific evidence for reasonable laboratory equipment collocation.Methods Description method was used to evaluate the change of laboratory equipment from 2001 to 2011 in an institute for disease control and prevention.Linear correlation was used to analyse the association between laboratory equipment collocation and the capability of scientific research and education.The capability of disease control was denoted by the time of laboratory test and participating in public health emergency management.Results The laboratory equipment was increased greatly from 2001 to 2011 in the institute mainly in the year of 2004,2008 and 2010.There were significant positive correlations between the laboratory equipment collocation and the scientific capability research and education,with the coefficients of correlation for the numbers of research projects,papers published and the number of educatee of 0.795,0.902,and 0.707.The time of laboratory test was shortened and the capability of disease control was improved owing to the increase of the laboratory equipments.Conclusion The improvement of laboratory equipment accelerated the capability of scientific research,education and disease control greately in the institute.Advanced laboratory equipments are needed for capability development of the institute.
