雪莲果温室白粉虱的发育起点温度和有效积温的研究 被引量:2

Study on Developmental Threshold Temperature and Effective Accumulated Temperature of Trialeurodes vaporariorum(Westwood) on Smallanthus sanchifalius

摘要 以雪莲果为试材,在恒温10、15、20、25、30℃条件下对寄主雪莲果上的温室白粉虱(Trialeurodes vaporariorum(Westwood))各虫态以及全世代的发育历期、发育起点温度和有效积温进行了研究。结果表明:随着温度升高,其发育历期呈缩短趋势,发育速率与温度呈直线关系;雪莲果温室白粉虱卵、若虫、拟蛹、成虫和全世代的发育起点温度分别是(7.4±0.71)、(8.9±1.94)、(8.0±0.59)、(9.4±0.64)、(8.4±0.85)℃;对应的有效积温依次为(86.6±4.28)、(109.1±16.2)、(54.1±1.20)、(44.1±2.22)、(296.6±18.55)℃/d。依据发育起点温度和有效积温,预测出雪莲果温室白粉虱在西昌的年发生代数为6.4~7.3代,此结果符合田间发生规律和调查实际情况。 Taking Smallanthus sanchifalius as material, the developmental periods, the developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature of Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood) on Smallanthus sanchifalius were studied under five constant temperatures with 10,15,20,25℃ and 30℃ in the laboratory. The results showed that the developmental periods gradually cut down with a rise of temperature. A linear relationship was found between the developmental velocity and the temperature. The developmental threshold temperature of egg, nymphae, subnymph,adult and the yearly generation of Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood) on Smallanthus sanchifalius were (7. 4±0. 71), (8. 9±1. 94), (8. 0± 0. 59), (9. 4±0. 64) and (8. 4 ± 0. 85)℃ respectively Their corresponding effective accumulated temperature were (86. 6±4. 28), (109. 1 ± 16. 2), (54. 1 ± 1.20), (44. 1± 2. 22) and (296. 6 ± 18. 55)0C/d respectively. Based on the investigation of its annual life history,it could be concluded that the occurrence of Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood) on Smallanthus sanchifalius was 6.4 - 7. 3 generations annually in Xichang. The results were according with its actual occurrence records and field investigations.
